YOU MUST send photos along with a brief description of the issue to email@example.com. Photos must be detailed and at least 3 angle shots to get clarify on the problem. After sending photos, allow 3 business days for a reply, otherwise, you may contact us direct for a follow up. We will not entertain any complaint(s) without this process being taken first. In the email. Tell us what location your item was purchased at and to include your contact name and phone number so we can follow up with you.
Our Refund / Exchange Policy is available for 14 business days from the date of (purchase) pick up or received. Unlike other companies who do not offer return or exchange. At Outlet Tags Canopies, we will gladly return or exchange non-printed items, including pop up tents, accessories and or hardware.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you receive product(s) with a manufacture defect, you should immediately NOTIFY OUTLET TAGS CANOPIES BY EMAIL OR BY CALLING the location where your purchased the item(s)
If a return is required, the situation will be examined and determined on who will be responsible for the cost. (A) The customer is responsible for the cost of returns or (B) Outlet Tags Canopies will endure the cost or (C) Both A & B will share the cost.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must give notice to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will look into your issue and make appropriate decisions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund within the time frame, please consult with your banking institution first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded / Exchange. On sale, Used, AS-IS and on – clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
